Returns and Exchanges Policy

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel. Please note that to be eligible for an exchange, the product must be kept in its original condition and must not be used. An exchange for a product of proper quality can be made if it has not been used and its original appearance and consumer properties are preserved.

It is not possible to return an item that has already been used, except in cases where it is defective.

Description of a product in proper condition:

  • The item has no mechanical damage

  • It has not been used and shows no signs of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains

Description of a product in improper condition:

  • The item has been used

  • The item has defects

  • The item is incomplete

  • The item has scratches, chips, stains, or cracks

Products in improper condition that do not meet the criteria listed above are not subject to return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are handled via Nova Poshta delivery service at the buyer’s expense.

Return and Exchange Instructions:

1. Contact our store manager, specify the reason for return, and send a photo of the item.
Don’t forget to provide your contact details, the TTN (tracking number), and your order number.

2. Pack the item

  • Check if your item is in proper condition

  • Place the item in its original packaging. If the item consists of multiple parts, the entire set must be returned

  • Make sure nothing is missing and you’re returning the product in the complete set as you received it

3. Return address

Returns and exchanges are carried out via Nova Poshta delivery service.

4. Return or exchange delivery costs:

  • If the customer received a defective or incomplete product, the company will cover the cost of return delivery

  • If the customer simply didn’t like the product or changed their mind, return delivery costs are not reimbursed

5. Product replacement and delivery

An item for exchange will be shipped within 14 working days after we receive your returned product.
The repeat delivery is carried out at the buyer’s expense.
